A Rare Culinary Event From WAGYUMAFIA

This pop-up goes beyond a single style of Wagyu dining – it’s a gastronomic festival led by chef/owner Hisato Hamada and Takafumi Horie. Together, they’re bringing the elevated exclusivity of the WAGYUMAFIA chef’s table and the ultra-luxe SUSHIMAFIA omakase experience to new diners. For the first time in Macau, these high-end encounters are open to all guests without membership – a rare opportunity to sample the top one percent of Japanese Kobe and Ozaki beef from Japan’s top 20 Wagyu farmers.

Taste. Experience. Enjoy.

For those who may not want to go for the full chef’s table or omakase, there’s still a way to enjoy the excellence of WAGYUMAFIA. This pop-up also showcases many of the collective’s signature casual concepts – WAGYUMAFIA THE CUTLET SANDWICH, WAGYUMAFIA THE BURGER, and the Macau debut of Mashi no Mashi with its famed Ultra Ramen. These dynamic offerings provide a relaxed yet top-quality option to enjoy deep flavours in creative formats.

To pair with the food, a standout beverage programme features distinctive cocktails like the WAGYUMAFIA Old Fashioned made with wagyu fat-washed bourbon, alongside crisp gin & tonics, highballs, and craft beers. This expertly crafted drink menu introduces a spirited, decadent twist that perfectly complements the pop-up’s gastronomic innovation.
