Four Styles, Infinite Stories In A Glass
The drinks youโll be able to try are as creative as they are delicious. Thereโs โTommyโs Holiday,โ a travelling Margarita that changes its identity monthly as a tribute to a guest shift with a legendary bartender. โNot Quite a Penicillinโ cleverly reimagines a modern classic with Cantonese notes like oyster sauce and sand ginger. And for something truly adventurous, โDak-Galbiโ channels the fiery, spirited energy of Seoul with chili mezcal, banana-infused makgeolli, and a hint of drunken chicken marinade.
The menu itself is designed as an exploration of four classic cocktail styles โ Classics, Sours, Alternatini, and Stirred โ showcasing cross-cultural inspiration. From the umami-rich, parmesan-infused โBasil Smashโ inspired by a summer in Milan, to the tropical โMiami Vice Negroniโ that stretches the Italian staple into a rum-based vacation, every sip reflects a global encounter.
