In the wake of the devastating Tai Po fire โ which has left Hong Kong grieving and urgently mobilising โ The Hive community, together with Women of Hong Kong, has begun a coordinated relief effort to support affected residents. After successfully delivering essential supplies from the Hive Causeway Bay to community centres in Tai Po yesterday, the team is now expanding its efforts across the city.

Markets With A New Purpose
Over the coming week, The Hive will be integrating its Tai Po relief initiatives into its wider community programming, including this weekendโs Christmas Markets โ which will proceed with a renewed purpose. While the market activities will continue, the focus is shifting firmly towards aid: 100% of market profits will be donated to local charities directly supporting those affected.

Citywide Donation Drive
In addition, a citywide donation drive will run at all Hive locations from Monday to Friday, as well as at the markets on Saturday from 3 to 8pm. Members of the public are invited to contribute essential hygiene items, clothing, household goods, childrenโs supplies and more.
