The space embraces its surroundings: smooth concrete floors, a black ceiling, a wooden bar, and minimalist furniture give it an industrial-chic atmosphere that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person.

Seated dinners for 30. Standing receptions for 60. Intimate gatherings or large-scale corporate events – Project 21 was designed to accommodate all of it without feeling like a compromise. Different seating zones change the feel of the room entirely: a lounge area for relaxed conversation, a long communal table for group dining, and a karaoke setup for when the night takes a turn.
