Lady M Hong Kong has officially launched the world’s first collaborative concept boutique with Échiré, the storied French butter house known for its AOP-certified butter and cult status among pastry chefs.
Reopened on 29 April after a three-month renovation, the HKIA outpost now operates as a joint-themed boutique dedicated to butter-laced pastries and travel-ready treats.

A New Pre-Flight Ritual
Set on Departures Level 7 of Terminal 1, the new boutique marks a global first for both brands. Lady M has integrated Échiré’s famously delicate, subtly nutty butter into an exclusive airport-only range that transforms waiting time into genuine anticipation. Taking Lady M’s pastry craft and combining it with one of France’s most revered butter makers, the result is a line-up travellers cannot find anywhere else. That exclusivity is the real draw.
Inside The Boutique’s Exclusive Pastry Line-Up
The star of the collection is the Financier Series, freshly prepared on site and available in a string of boutique-exclusive flavours including Hazelnut Gianduja, Pistachio & Raspberry, Mont Blanc, Sugar-glazed Lemon Curd, and Earl Grey, alongside a classic version for traditionalists. There’s also a six-piece Échiré assortment for those wanting to sample everything before boarding. The Artisanal Croissant Series follows – including the Brown Butter Croissant, The Golden Croissant with a chilled Échiré butter centre, and The Golden Framboise Croissant, which pairs butter with raspberry pâte de fruit. For something savoury, there are Cheesy Garlic Brioche, Cheesy Mentaiko Brioche, and Scallion Crispy Savoury Bites for those who’d rather start their trip with salt than sugar.

Lady M is also expanding its travel-friendly offering with additions to its ‘To-Go’ line, including Frozen Pistachio Mille Crêpes and 6-inch Frozen Mille Crêpes, as well as giftable buttery tins and boxes like the Royal Galette Échiré, Royal Sablé Échiré, and Golden Financier. To celebrate the opening, shoppers can also pick up a complimentary Lady M travel mini selfie mirror with qualifying purchases, while stocks last.
